Problem


Dr. Boyce Watkins’ best-selling book had loyal readers, but the first DIY attempt to turn it into a digital course sputtered: scattered lesson videos, no central funnel, zero attribution, and ad spend that couldn’t be traced to revenue. Email lists lived in three platforms, pixels were mis-fired, and buyers complained about clunky navigation. Conversion sat at 0.8 %, and launch fatigue was setting in fast.
